At Speak Out Illinois LLC, we believe in open communication and welcome community feedback that helps us improve our programs, outreach, and services. We value constructive criticism, diverse perspectives, and thoughtful dialogue.

However, to ensure that our feedback channels remain safe, respectful, and productive, we enforce the following guidelines:

✅ We Welcome:

  • Thoughtful suggestions on how we can improve

  • Respectful questions or concerns about our services, policies, or communications

  • Criticism offered in good faith and with specific examples


🚫  We Do Not Tolerate:

  • Personal attacks, insults, or name-calling

  • Comments rooted in discrimination, hate, or stereotyping

  • Spam, trolling, or frivolous use of feedback forms

  • Harassment, stalking, threats, or attempts to intimidate

  • Submission of defamatory, obscene, or abusive content


🔒 Privacy, Monitoring, and Enforcement

All feedback submissions are securely logged and monitored for compliance with this policy.

Speak Out Illinois LLC reserves the right to:

  • Block or restrict users who violate these guidelines

  • Preserve and document abusive submissions for internal records

  • Report any unlawful behavior — including but not limited to threats, harassment, impersonation, or cyberstalking — to law enforcement authorities and corporate legal counsel without further notice to the submitting party

  • Pursue civil or criminal remedies if necessary to protect our organization, leadership, and partners

All participants and submitters agree that communications are subject to this policy and that misuse may result in legal consequences.
